About us

Fremont Regional Hospice is your only independent, locally based, non-profit Hospice serving Fremont, Custer, Park, Teller, and Western Pueblo Counties.

We were established in June 2006 and have already helped hundreds of terminally ill patients, caregivers, and family members. Fremont Regional Hospice welcomes the opportunity to serve more families as our community becomes familiar with our establishment and the services we offer in the care of those with life limiting illness.

If you are interested in learning more about our services, or would like us to do a presentation for your organization, please contact us 719.275.4315.

Why choose us?

Our staff has a passion for hospice care and treats all of our patients with the utmost respect and care. Our interdisciplinary group collaborates weekly on providing individual care plans for each patient.

Our clinical staff has over 150 combined years of hospice experience, and is backed by highly qualified and supportive and office staff.

Our hospice is governed by a Board of Directors, all of whom are established members and leaders within our community.
Volunteer Opportunities

Each day our care teams are joined by specially trained volunteers who step with grace and compassion into the lives of patients and families in need.
