Service Areas

Park, Custer, Fremont, Teller, and Western Pueblo counties

Image depicting a map of Colorado counties in our service areaFremont Regional Hospice proudly extends its compassionate care across five counties in Colorado: Park, Custer, Fremont, Teller, and Western Pueblo. Our dedicated service reaches numerous communities, including but not limited to:

  • Park County: The mountain towns of Fairplay, Hartsel, and Guffey (based on staff availability)
  • Custer County: The scenic communities of Westcliffe, Wetmore, and Silver Cliff
  • Fremont County: The heart of Cañon City, Florence, Penrose, as well as the rural areas of Hillside, Cotopaxi, and Howard
  • Teller County: The historic mining town of Cripple Creek
  • Western Pueblo County: The growing community of Pueblo West

Please accept this gift as a memorial to Dad and Mom. A heartfelt thank you for the compassion, kindness, and very professional manner with which you cared for them and for us, the family. Words fail us in expressing our gratitude and thanks!

R. F. Family Cañon City, Colorado

Words cannot express our appreciation for the care Fremont Regional Hospice provided our mom and dad over the past 3 years. Thank you for the kindness and compassion you provided. You were always there when we needed something. We are forever grateful.

Thompson Family Cañon City, Colorado

As a retired nurse, I was impressed by the professionalism and compassion shown by the Fremont Regional Hospice team. They treated my sister with respect and kindness, making her feel at ease throughout her journey. Their support for our family was invaluable.
