Fremont Regional Hospice proudly extends its compassionate care across five counties in Colorado: Park, Custer, Fremont, Teller, and Western Pueblo. Our dedicated service reaches numerous communities, including but not limited to:
- Park County: The mountain towns of Fairplay, Hartsel, and Guffey (based on staff availability)
- Custer County: The scenic communities of Westcliffe, Wetmore, and Silver Cliff
- Fremont County: The heart of Cañon City, Florence, Penrose, as well as the rural areas of Hillside, Cotopaxi, and Howard
- Teller County: The historic mining town of Cripple Creek
- Western Pueblo County: The growing community of Pueblo West
As you know, my mother died three weeks ago tonight. She died at peace with the world and in her sleep, with family gathered around. Hospice provided loving care and companionship for her in her last days and hours, something that she and we, her family, found very comforting. You helped us all plan for and execute those last days in the most effective ways. Thank you all for your love, expertise, and companionship.

You are all amazing people. I have always had people tell me 'It takes a special person to be a CNA.' I say it takes phenomenal people to do what all of you do. I could not have made this journey without the help and support from all of you. Very special thanks to all of you.
